Hammer throw

Hammer throw is one of the technical athletics competition, consisting of a ball throwing to which a steel cable with a handle is attached. The player takes a throw from a 2.135 m diameter circle surrounded by a protective net. Women throw a hammer with a weight of 4 kg (junior juniors 3 kg [1]), men - 7.26 kg, youngsters (up to 15 years old) - 5 kg, young juniors (16-17 years) - 5 kg, older juniors (18 -19 years) - 6 kg.
